After being invited to join the prestigious alliance, Rick Righi has been selected to speak at the Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Slated to speak on the topic of "Breaking Bad Habits in Complex Construction Defect Claims," Mr. Righi will be part of over 80 collaborative educational sessions for the conference being held March 28-30 in San Diego, California. With attendees expected from around the world, the CLM conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences.
The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration, the organization's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. The CLM sponsors educational programs, provides resources and fosters communication among all in the industry. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
