We Believe in Giving Back & Supporting Our Community
At Righi Fitch Law Group, we believe that giving back to the community is as important as providing excellent legal services. The founders have a long history of community service to both the legal community and the community at large. Our worldview on giving back to the community is broad. We understand that we live in a global economy and as such we also have a responsibility to help those less fortunate than ourselves, both locally and abroad.
Our exceptional staff and attorneys give back to the local community in myriad ways, including supporting school organizations, the arts, local charities and also serving on non-profit boards and church councils. The program is designed to equip female lawyers in leadership, business development, and mentoring so that they can fulfill their career potential.
Ladder Down won the DRI Diversity Award in 2013 and Beth Fitch was selected in 2018 as a Business Insurance Women to Watch Honoree due in part to the success of this program. Ladder Down is rolling out nationally through the FDCC Foundation and is currently running in Phoenix, Seattle, and Cleveland. The program has graduated over 500 women. Righi Fitch Law Group has financially supported and dedicated significant human resources to the program.
