About
Jeff Goldenhersh leads partner and associate recruiting for Righi Fitch Law Group. His charge is straightforward: identify exceptional litigators with portable books of business and talented attorneys with the ability to execute, and help them evaluate — honestly, and on their own timeline — whether RFLG is the right next platform.
Jeff knows boutique law firm and "biglaw" mechanics from the inside. He began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, working on complex special-situations matters, where he saw how a strong brand, technology stack, and support services accelerate talented lawyers. He then joined Massumi + Consoli, a leading transactional boutique, where he learned firsthand how strong culture and excellent talent allow a boutique to consistently outperform larger rivals. He left private practice to serve as General Counsel of a regulated financial institution, where he built and managed a multinational legal team across three continents. That client-side seat gave him an unsentimental view of what partners actually deliver versus what they promise.
Jeff joined Righi Fitch because the firm's culture, practice, and platform position it for ongoing success. Righi Fitch combines genuine trial-lawyer DNA with the geographic reach and practice depth — across casualty, construction, professional liability, employment, cyber, products, transportation, and bad faith — that allows successful partners to grow their books rather than defend them, and gives lawyers at every level a place to develop and fine-tune their practice alongside high-quality clients, cases, and colleagues. Jeff's job is to make that case to the right people, and to be the kind of recruiting partner who tells lateral candidates the truth about fit, economics, and the work.
