Tim is a seasoned litigator with the Righi Fitch Law Group in Phoenix Arizona. He has lived in the Phoenix area since 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 1992. He worked at his family business through high school and college until attending the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh and earning his Juris Doctor in 1998. He was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1998.
Tim has litigated in Arizona since 1998. With nearly three decades of experience representing and defending clients in complex civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial transportation, construction law, medical malpractices, premises liability, and personal injury claims, he has represented hundreds of clients, briefed and argued hundreds of motions, conducted scores of mediations, arbitrations, and jury and bench trials, and has briefed, argued, and won cases before the Arizona Appellate Court. His experience includes leading litigation teams, training attorneys, and providing strategic counsel to clients ranging from individuals to large corporations.
Tim's practice includes the defense of businesses, general and subcontractors, physicians and psychologists, trucking companies and their drivers, and insured auto drivers in contract and corporate disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, and personal injury cases. He has investigated dozens of trucking, auto, and construction accidents as the boots-on-the-ground attorney who contacted and coordinated adjusters, investigators, and experts to obtain and preserve crucial evidence before it is lost. He is known for his strategic approach, writing skills, tenacity in negotiation and the courtroom, and ability to navigate high-stakes legal matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
